Leicester Abbey

Great place to go for a walk and feed the ducks.

One of the nicest parks anywhere with the River Soar running through it.

A lovely walk through Leicester's astonishing Abbey. Just foundations there, but it's so filled with history and description, you can get do immersed. It's very calming and quiet, and absolutely lovely atmosphere, and the area is very well maintained by the council. Great place to go for a walk and unwind from a busy day and even learn a bit of history.

This side of Abbey Park takes you into the past. Well maintained architectural monuments and beautiful nature, we even forget that we were in a city- very quite and peaceful.
Ideal for couples, families (kids can walk/run or play around) and worth to walk by yourself and enjoy the nature, Highly recommended! 😍🥰
