Visited yesterday and surprised to hear the beautiful sound it makes in next to no wind, strangely moving. Loved it so much we went back today in much stronger wind and wow it's incredible, highly recommend a visit.

What a day to pick, clear skies, sunny, windy (to say the least). An interesting visit. The conditions were such that this tree sang and rang. If you get a chance, GO. Beautiful landscape.

Well we’ve been there yesterday as sour friends found this place so we decided to visit it . When we arrived it was very windy but I couldn’t hear the “tree” singing to be honest. It’s a nice place for a walk something that we really enjoyed it . There are a car park around and also there is one close to this structure ( we didn’t know so we parked 15 minutes away from there.

It’s a nice place for dogs as well but just be careful with the roads as cars go really fast.

Extremely easy to get to from the car park. Fantastic view, BTW make sure the wind is blowing, so you can really hear the singing tree 🎶

I decided to take a short trip today. I wanted to go somewhere within a specific distance that wouldn't cost me anything, and then I stumbled upon the Singing Tree. After arriving at the parking lot, there was a trail leading to the tree. I must say I was expecting more, as the tree did not really make much of a sound, but I'm not going to let that get in the way of my rating. It was quite windy and you should do your research about when would be best to visit this tree.

A structure constructed by huge amounts of metallic pipes with various distances and directions, allowing to pass through air resulting vibration finally gives natural song. Situated in a beautiful high ground moor land area always blown by winds. You should visit one day. 45 minutes drive from Manchester.

My partner wanted to go there. I was sceptical about visiting some "scaffolding poles nailed together" as one "art critic" described it a few years ago. However, I'm glad I went. It really does sing with the wind. The sound is haunting but not scary. There were a few families there and the youngsters seemed to enjoy climbing all over it as well as listening to it. The views from the site are stunning as well. I'll definitely be visiting again.
