This is the sight of an old burial mound I think it was discovered in the victoriana period when a water storage tank was built at this point.

The Tank was an one of many places we used to go, when we were kids. The views where good.... Who's bright idea was it, to plant the trees. They block most of the views.

Interesting local history. Much of the view has been "lost" because of tree planting. Still worth popping in if you are in the area. Take care of the wooden fence to the south: it has been covered in anti-climb paint.

Lovely place with lovely view but there is a dangerous big hole on the other side of the tank toposcope.

Nice location to view the whole of Lammack and Ramsgreave. A very nice view of the sunset can be seen here.
