Solent Segways

Great set up, actors were great. Thoroughly laughed and screamed throughout. Even had a real owl screaching in the woods. Would highly recommend. Watch out for pot holes as you approach the venue.

My partner and I did the Spooktacular Halloween Segway Experience and we loved it. The organisers really made the experience worth it with actors in costumes, lights, halloween decorations, fog and sounds. It was spooky but still made in a way that participants could feel safe within a controlled environment even for who never got on a Segway before. We will definitely go for another Segway experience with Solent Segway.

I called Jimmy (mobile number on their website) on a dismal day in August to see if they could squeeze 3 of us on for a session that day. A few minutes later he had called his team and arranged a session for us that very afternoon. We followed the satnav using the postcode, and drove along the stony driveway to the Solent Segways location.

The team were there to meet us with helmets, and wearing masks gave us a few minutes 1-2-1 instruction. My 10 year-olds and I quickly got the hang of the simple controls and balance and within minutes were happily negotiating the course laid out on the tarmac area. Once competent and confident we were off for an hours trip around the beautiful gardens and woodland areas.

Thank you Solent Segways for a wonderful afternoon trip - as I said at the time - I could have hugged you guys for being so hospitable and genuinely lovely. I wish you all the best for the future and will return when we are next in the area. The memories and smiles on my kids faces are priceless

Thank you Solent Segways for a brilliant session this evening. From 10yrs to 70yrs we all had an amazing time in a beautiful location. Thoroughly recommend and will be booking out next session soon!

We had a great time at Solent Segways. I loved how it was just our group so you're not with other people which makes it feel very personalised. The people were lovely and it's all done on their family's land which has fields, a lake, woodland - lots of places to test your skills. Would definitely recommend!

Great afternoon! The routes are well thought out and had us on different terrains tackling all sorts of challenges; putting the Segways through their paces. Jimmy was very welcoming and the instructions clear. There's plenty of choices for the sessions as well. Looking forward to the Halloween trail!

We enjoyed this experience immensely. Solent Segway made us feel welcome and also gave us expert training on how to use the Segways before we all journeyed together into the woods. A fun family experience. Would definitely recommend.

We had booked for a Friday, but owing to an unforseen event, one of our party would have been unable to attend. Called the team on the Wednesday and they managed to squeeze us in on the Thursday instead!
Everyone (3 adults, 2 kids) had an amazing time and we will definitely be booking again next school holidays!
