An interesting place to visit with your kids especially when is raining or is too hot outside. The temperature in the cavern is around 11 degrees all year around. You'll learn a lot of interesting facts from the tour guide.
There is a small cafe and toilets are available also.

Amazing experience! The formations in the cavern are beautiful, everything is very well maintained. Ticket prices are reasonable and the tour is about an hour. Our guide Alan was just fantastic - knowledgeable, engaging and funny! He made our experience even better with his jokes. It's a great experience for both kids and adults.

Great experience here!! Guided cave tour which was hilarious, but also incredibly interesting!! Well worth the money and time. Also a little woodland walk to do. The caves are fairly accessible with hand rails most of the way through where there's slopes.

Such a fun experience. Never had a tour in a cave and felt so engaged by our guide (David). Enjoyed every second, a lovely cafe where we had coffee before and after our tour, laughing staff enjoying themselves. Had such a lovely atmosphere.

Once in the cave, our tour guide “David” was brilliant, nice to be shown something by someone who is passionate and interacts so well with the group he is with. The operators really do have a gem with this tour guide, never had such a fun experience.

I have not put many pictures of the caves in as you need to visit to get the full effect of how great they are and the story they have.

Good tour. The guide was interesting and the caverns were unique. If anything, I was hoping to explore more but areas accessible to the public were limited.

David was our tour guide. Let's start with him. He was funny, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. He made the tour great for us. He was engaging and informative with the knowledge of the area, the prehistoric animals and species that surrounded and interacted with the caves. He clearly enjoys his job and that showed when he was touring us around.

The venue itself was clean, spacious and the staff were very happy and friendly. The space is so pretty in itself, with lots to do for all ages. The tour of the caverns took just over an hour and you can then do a nature walk, that shows you all the information you learnt on the tour and more prehistoric animals. You can enjoy a exhibition that's on, the café is clean, bright and large enough for everyone to eat and enjoy comfortably. The food is a good selection and the drinks are all decently priced. The little gift shop was lovely and very well priced. We highly recommend this if you are visiting Torquay, Devon. 10/10.

The caverns are very good conserved and they are fascinating. Charlotte, the tour guide, was not only entertaining and funny but she also was very educational and explained everything clearly and easily so everyone could understand. She gave us an amazing tour to be honest! She's got my 5 stars! Not ranking with 5 stars overall because I just wish it was easier to find (not very well signalized where the entrance is or even how to get there from the street) and I just wish they had a student/youth discount. Anyway the 15 pounds are definitely worth the money.
