The Beatles crosswalk

This is not an "attraction", it's a location. There are no tickets, and no facilities, just a bunch of people waiting to stop traffic and take a picture. But even the kids wanted to do it... Go and take a silly picture and enjoy yourself! Just lookout for buses.

We came at 10:00 and no people or wait. Come in the morning, ask for the person who takes your photo to stand in the middle of the road while you cross and take a video. Screenshoot later the picture. When you cross start from left to right, look straight and keep your legs in a V-shape and hands floating by the side of your body for the perfect picture.

No sense in visiting this place if you are not a fan of the Beatles or interested in history of pop culture.

For me it was one of must sees and was not expecting much - this is just a zebra crossing... However, it is one of the most recognizable cover album in history so I did not mind and was satisfied anyway.

Literally next to this crossing is a building of Abbey Roads studio - another important mark in music industry even till today. While you're there it is nice to visit the Studio shop even if you are not going to huy anything anyway.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said. A true landmark for British culture. Go and see it! Be quick and watch for taxis! They have zero chill.

Busy intersection. Kind folk ask around though. Nearest abbey road street sign was on the wall of the building.

Amazing place, with such meaning and still all kept for people these days to visit.
Only thing is, cars driving there could be a bit more patient as EVERYONE wants a photo on the crosswalk

Abby Road crosswalk was Fun!, but definitely a busy area for vehicles. Its a bit dangerous, but keep ur eyes open and ur feet moving and its good :) Glad we got our pics done there!

If you want to try capture the album cover photo then be patient with the passing traffic. Wait for a quiet moment, away from the crossing, as drivers will stop if you're too close.
