Fun little Cavern to go in, with some rope making demonstrations. Lovely tour guide too.
Little bit pricey, but worth it.
Just be aware, some of the tour does require you to crouch walk for about 30 meters due to very low clearance.
Check weather before entry as the cave might be flooded due to heavy rains.

The Devil’s arse. Neil Moss tragedy etc. this place is full of history. As an old caver I’ve been in here as a tourist and a caver. The entrance is very impressive as you approach it from the village you feel the temperature drop. You hear the birds that nest there squawk and swoop around you. It’s like something out of Jurassic park. The kids will love it. If you are in the area pay it a visit.

Grate little place, tours on the hour last an hour and they are informative and entertaining. The walk is about half a mile with steps and slippery surfaces. One point you have to duck slightly. Well lit. No facilities on site and if you book tickets online you will save a bit. Look out for the dragon

Went on the tour at 2pm last Saturday, not really knowing what to expect. But loved it, our tour guide "mouse" was very engaging and knowledgeble and made it enjoyable for both adults and children. The cavern it's self was very impressive and full of history. It's very chilly the further you went in (9 degrees all year round) so would recommend taking a jacket if going in the summer as the tour lasts about an hour. FYI Some areas the ceiling is very low down so people with certain mobility issues may struggle here.

What a great place for a venue.Really atmospheric and unlike anywhere we've ever been before. Went to see Neville Staple(who was great as usual)and were amazed at the place.A beautiful setting, good facilities for a cave and would definitely recommend going.

It was a nice experience, the presentation of the tour guide was nice and funny. The cave was interesting, it is quiet cold inside so be prepared. There are portions of the cave where you need to squat walking to access. The attraction is highly recommended

Incredible experience! The tour guide - Chris, was amazing! So funny and engaging but at the same time so interesting. He really brought the history to life. Very tricky to navigate the low ceilings and uneven terrain with a baby, but well worth the effort. Gutted there was no guide book yet, but hopefully soon. I wanted to ask so many questions. We will definitely be going back some day.

We didn't actually go into the cavern this time (bit too pricey), but we have before and it's very interesting. We walked up to the cave entrance for a look, and it's very impressive. Nice and cool in the sweltering heat, too.
