Excellent customer service from all the staff. They are all helpful and polite. The cars spotted around the place are superb too (see attached pics).

My only negative is that a medium coffee is £3.60 which I feel is rather expensive, but it is tasty.

My company Citron Hygiene had a major corporate event at Mercedes-Benz world. It is the first time I have been and the first time my company has hosted an event here. I have to say that the whole set up is superb. The event went without a hitch, the food was fantastic and it is an excellent venue to hold an event. Whilst I was there I did also get the chance to have a look around and really enjoyed my time there. The staff were fantastic and there is so much there to see and do. Will definitely come back. Just need to start saving up now for my next Mercedes Benz.

My daughter is mad for 4x4's so we bought her the 4x4 Experience at Mercedes Benz World for a birthday present. The whole event was great from start to finish. The staff were great, making sure we were looked after, the building and facilities are amazing. They have some awesome cars on show there, and if you're feeling flush many are for sale!!! Anyway, the 4x4 experience - my young daughter loved it. She was in charge of a six figure vehicle for a whole hour and she got every minute of it. Her instructor was great, allowing her to push the experience to the max of her abilities. My daughter said the car was amazing, the latest model, with all the bells and whistles! We would both recommend this experience, my daughter as a young driver, and me as the one paying!!! Great value for money.

Stopped off here after a visit to brooklands museum. It was a great way to spend an hour. The film was very interesting and informative especially about the location and the display of cars particularly the f2 cars is a must see for any enthusiast. Free to park and enter too.

Brilliant place to visit with the family especially if you love cars. The cafe has a decent/tasty food selection (little bit pricey). Quite nice they also allow use of the cinema on F1 racedays to watch the race as well as in the main hall area downstairs.

The experience was just amazing. It’s not only their good vibes, but also the quality of service they provide. I loved the business event organization and also the driving experience. I would repeat for sure

First off would to start this review with a massive thank you to Jess, she answered my phone call to tell me some great information. Fantastic way to spend 4-5hrs enjoying some of the most amazing Mercedes-Benz and AMG's in one place. I went with my 7 Yr old daughter who absolutely loved it! There is plenty to do, and would definitely recommend and go back! Fantastic friendly staff, good cafe with a good healthy food. And above all, it completely free! (not the food) Thanks Mercedes-Benz World!!

Beautiful and modern centre, just outside the Brooklands museum it's the perfect stop for the motorheads going there.

A lot of cars are exposed, from all the eras, and also F1 cars! There are different kinds of simulators of quite a decent level, and especially the possibility to go out on track on a Mercedes and have fun with it! Didn't know about that until being there, but will probably go back just to do that as the prices are quite reasonable!
