to be honest it's just average . i was sharing this room with one of my friends and we both slept in the double bed and the bunk beds were rusty. our first issue was that when we walked in , our tv didn't work. the remote worked and we could switch between channels and change volume but the smart tv didn't work. so when we went to reception to ask for help, they told us someone would be there in a few minutes, but after an hour we had no luck. our second issue is when we woke up our room was wet from the ac. like wet everywhere. the reception staff we met were very passive aggressive. our sheets were stained yellow and brown , which was disgusting. the shower didn't have a slope or anything so when you had a shower it would drip out everywhere. our sink splattered everywhere. we also found a lot of ants in our room. but to be honest, it's a good room to just sleep in. the bed is honestly quite comfy and spacious.

Cabin is very small but you are aware before if you do some research, not moaning about this at all but due to the size and no windows either in the room or toilet, once you have a shower everything gets wet and the steam from the shower enters the room even when the door is closed. You can imagine the floor after four people have had a shower, we had to have a towel on the floor in the bedroom. I would describe the cabins as a wet room.

The staff at the hotel was all helpful and friendly and helped us out with an iron and extra hot chocolate. So a massive thank you.

The other downside is as a guest at the park you don’t really get anything “extra”apart from 1 hour fast track! Compared to chessington where you have extra time before the park opens. Even as a guest we still had to queue before the park opened, which they start letting people in at half 9 but nothing opens until 10 so you are stood there waiting with everyone else. Also we had dinner at the same restaurant you have breakfast at and that is so over priced! Breakfast was ok, nothing special. So due to this I wouldn’t recommend staying here I would go else where and save on accommodation. Which is a shame as staff at the hotel was brilliant but these reasons are not their fault.

Rooms are so small, cabins are a generous description, i think the woman who lived in a shoe probably had more room!
Anyone over 5foot should not stay in this hotel, I’m 5’3” and struggled tbh, my kids are nearly 6’ and I’m not sure how couples manage to sleep in what is called a double bed! This is of course assuming there’s no issues and you have a room when it comes to booking in!
And you will get a shocking view from the shower controls whilst you’re sitting on the loo! If you’re doing a stay and want a decent kip book a Travelodge or something off the park

One star for the location and zero starts for the cabin

Let’s talk about the cabin

The cabin itself is extremely claustrophobic and definitely not fit for 4 people. False advertising.

No windows no ventilation no fresh air I resorted to wedging the door open but had to shut it at night and woke up feeling very stuffy I found it hard to get comfortable and have a decent nights sleep.

The bathroom door which Is near the bed has a noticeable gap at the top and bottom so water could enter the cabin unless you wedge a towel in the gap and the mirror gets covered in condensation

Their is an obvious massive design flaw and I can only see greed as the main objective of why these inhumane cabins exist

If you want to go because it looks like fun and it can’t be that bad …that’s what they’re counting on to take your money!

Stick to a hotel! We got fast track for an hour the next day included however we were stuck waiting with everyone else for the rides to open at 10 so you have plenty of time to reach from another hotel and the fast track allowed us to go on 3 rollercoasters which has given me a massive headache lol which I partly blame for not getting a peaceful sleep

Really not worth it for the lack of space and the outside design was like a prison so you couldn’t even go outside I mean we made it as fun as we could but it’s not right for places like these to exist by taking half measures in providing a service

why can’t they cut out some windows and sort out the bathroom privacy especially when they’ve advertised it for 4 people they’ve packed people in like sardines when people need a good rest after being at a theme park as the scary rides do stress your body out

I woke up without adequate rest and was compelled to use the free fast track hour which resulted in feeling very run down

Is this even legal???!!

This is NOT a hotel! These are accommodation cabins that have the very basic required amenities. Shower, basin, toilet. Double bed and bunk bed with side board. Very little storage and space, but it's clean and comfortable enough.
It's good for sleeping at the park, but there are no hotel facilities like an on site bar/restaurant.

Overall the rooms were nice, beds comfortable and clean however they are not "soundproof" you can hear people next door and people running up and down outside and walking. One of our rooms also had issues with condensation after showers where all there stuff was covered in water and the room door and ceiling was dripping. Hopefully you don't get this cabin.

Our cabin had mould growing on the ceiling and at the side of the bed. The toilet was filthy. During the night we were bitten by bugs. Condensation poured down the walls at night, causing the bedding to get soaked.
All these points were raised with customer service, but they refused to offer any refund. These cabins are not fit for human habitation. You will have a far better experience at a proper hotel.

Perfect for a few days kids visit to Thorpe Park. They are basic like cheap hotel, but also clean, simple and atmospheric in the park feels a bit special. The Aircon is very good but make sure you have it set right for the conditions so in colder weather set to heat to 18 is perfect and keeps it dry. Keep shower door shut between uses and the extraction works too. Do any of these wrong and you get damp walls everywhere. Had a good sleep with two rooms six people all very happy. Things to improve is have the staff set the Aircon and fit shower door that closes itself so people don't get it wrong and complain.
