I wasn't expecting much for £9 per adult (under 3s are free) but I was really pleasantly surprised. The dinosaur models are very detailed and very well painted. Some of them are animatronic which is impressive, especially the Trex. The star of the show was the professor who tasks you with digging up a dinosaur and identifying it as part of a quiz which is given to you at the entrance. You have to read the dinosaur information, identify dinosaurs and speak to the professor in order to answer the 20 questions to win a certificate. We attended with our one year old son who was more interested in eating the brush that excavating the dinosaur but the professor did all he could to make sure he was included while we did the work. After learning about the dinosaur he teaches you to sift for fossils, and everyone is allowed to keep their favourite three. This was such a brilliant touch and made the whole experience. Top marks to the actor. It ends in a gift shop, then a bar with a dinosaur themed indoor play area attached. We'll definitely be returning next time we are in Yarmouth.

Good experience but it's quite a high price for a max 2hr experience (£32 for a family of four) compared to a full day at Bewilderwood at c. £60, although the dinosaur models and information boards were good

Good, dry, day out. There's not much to do in bad weather but this is perfect. Lots of dinosaurs to see, a nice trail to complete and the kids loved excavating the dinosaur in three big sand area and hunting for their own fossils to take home.
Gift shop is reasonably priced and you get 10% off at the restaurant next door and free use of their large soft play area which really made a day of our trip

They only open on weekends at the moment from 10-5 pm. The Dinosaurs are amazing. Quiet few there with good features to enjoy. You doing a quiz as well which is fun with kids or as family and to see what you know about them through the journey. It's not too long but a good 45 min I would say you can go through the place. There is a nice gift shop, food and drinks station which is the end of the journey exit. There are for kids to play a playground area and disco place. It's good fun once in a while. It's more for kids to enjoy this. I went with residents from care home it's a good activity for them as well if you planning some activity to Gr Yarmouth for them. I recommend this place to everyone.

Do not waste your money!!! Takes 5-10 minutes to walk round and that’s it!! No gift shop. Our twins are mad on dinosaurs but they weren’t impressed at all. Use your holiday time in a better way. Don’t go here!!!

We went last week as our daughter is dinosaur mad and we come every year because she asks us. Anyway we came to find it was closed at around 1pm a week day. So we went to a arcade instead. After we came out we noticed it was open. Google says closed every week day? This really could do with being updated as lots of people turned up when closed with no idea what time or day to come back. When we finally went in the lady on reception was lovely. So kind. We knew what to expect as obviously we go every year. But each year I find we're all disappointed even more. The quiz could do with changing as we've done it every year. Staff need more help the lady was running around. The young guy in the digging part didn't look interested. (First few years we came the guy doing the digging bit Sat the kids down for a chat asked questions ect.) Nothing at all this time not frienly to children. (Or adults!) Also he wasn't dressed the part. Gift shop now closed which was also disappointing. Really can't fault the lady who was working that day she did 5 people's jobs that day and I'm sure she does it most days! We'll probably skip this next year unless we see or hear that anything has improved

August 2022- nice dinosaur exhibit.

My girl done this when she was 3 and wanted to go again (now 6) she liked doing the quiz, it's the same as when she was 3 so an update would be nice. A few questions you had to interact with an employee in the sand pit. He wasn't dressed the part and he wasn't interested. I only remembered the one from a couple of years before who was very chatty and helpful. The employee this time didn't want to interact and I had to go to him to ask the questions otherwise we'd be clueless.

The dig is fun. Also had to pan for 'fossils' which didn't seem like we'd ever find any.

Gift shop is no longer here which was sad as we liked this last time.

The prize for the quiz is a tiny certificate, would be nice if they included a small prize like a Dino rubber or pencil..

On a massive plus there is a children's soft play in the pub next door with entry included in the price. My girl loved it. DONT FORGET SOCKS!

Overall I think the price for this is a bit expensive for what it is, theres not that much to see.
I don't think adults should have to pay that much because we are only there for the kids.

Don't think we will be going again unless they improve it.

Traveled to Gt Yarmouth with my wife, daughter & 2 young grandsons to visit, after checking the open times, to find it closed. What a complete waist of time & money for fuel, not to mention the disappointment of our grandsons after hyping them up about the visit. Waist of space!
