Wonderful exhibition of British Cars. All cars in good condition. Very clever hand held laptop / audio player loaded with masses of data and stories issued for free on entry, enabling you to investigate in depth any particular car that you are specifically interested in. Older visitors will enjoy seeing again cars that they once owned. Good Cafe for teas, coffees and light meals. Thoroughly enjoyed the day and will definitely visit again.

Great day out looking at some of the cars of old that used to be common on eve streets when we were younger. Some classics that we all yearned for back in the day. Well worth a visit, an audio guide is included in the ticket price and the cafe is reasonably priced and serves food and drinks. Well recommended

Absolutely Fabulous. Great layout, Hi Tech ipad style info pad to give visual and audio guide of all the exhibits. Being a child of the 1950's and car obsessed from the age of 4, I could name 99% of the cars. Loved the fact that I could get up close to most of the cars and see them from all angles. I loved the fact that they are not all pristine restorations. Lots of them are survivors that have lived a life up to now. I did not sample the cafe. But I will next time I go.

If you’re interested in cars than this is very very good. Very friendly staff. Clean toilets. Excellent audio guide. Extensive range of cars all beautifully maintained, restored and cared for. Large cafe and shop on site, was closed when we were there sadly. Looks like a good range of British car themed gifts to buy.

This is a fantastic place to visit. We took some friends who are staying in the area and we had a excellent time. We were provided with interactive devices which told the story of the cars and had a scan facility which gave information on individual vehicles. So many beautiful examples of vintage vehicles bringing back memories of yesteryear.

I bought tickets for this museum for my husband's birthday treat. I was expecting to just be tagging along with something he was interested in but I actually really enjoyed it. You are given a pod with an audio tour explaining some history of each era and pointing out interesting facts. You can also scan the qr codes of the cars to find out more information. We had a great time, spending around 4 hours walking around and we also visited the coffee shop for a snack. It was an extremely hot day and there is not much ventilation but we managed. My only suggestion would be a few more chairs in each section. Luckily, both having bad knees, we managed to find a seat so we could relax and listen to each introduction but at busier times we might have struggled. It was great seeing all the different eras of cars, a lot of which I remembered from my youth.

Nice to see a different way of showing cars with an audio tour and lots of info about the cars. It takes you through the ages of British cars ( as you might guess from the name ). I enjoyed it and the cafe food was really good. I’m not sure that this place would appeal to children so much and I did feel that the entry price was expensive for the time we spent in there. I suppose you could spend longer but it depends how deeply you are into the history of British cars. They do also have a thing called Drive dads car, which I really wanted to do but it seems it’s only certain days which didn’t fit in with our holiday.

Excellent for car lovers. Good selection and more in hidden storage hopefully to be displayed in the future. Cafe good fresh food except tea should be in a pot not a cup please. Perhaps more info on cars for those not wanting to wear earphones would be good , still excellent venue.
