Hmm, don't know but the golden disk looks plasticky and the led light cheapens the look even more. But anyway go and have a look it's on the street.

While usually during the day lots of visitors gather around the clock, I had it (and the rest of the center of the town) nearly all to myself during an early visit by bike between 7 and 9. The clock itself is one of many nice features in the center.

You do not need tickets to see this clock, but you may need to wait for the walking tour groups to move on. For me, it was worth the short wait.

Sadly the sun meant that my photos have not done the clock justice.

As this clock is on the corner of a fairly busy road junction it was a bit hard to really enjoy it at its best. Depending on the weather the glass it is behind has a lot of reflection of the buildings.
Worth going to look at though.

It's a major attraction at Cambridge right behind King's college Chapel. It looks beautiful when lit in the evenings. Must watch in the evening.

This is a clock. It is uniquely designed indeed. Pay it a visit as you'll probably visit something very close to it (King's college or the eagle are around the corner) but don't expect anything more than a clock with a bug on top of it "eating time". Don't think you'll spend more than a minute here, but again - worth the visit

This is one of my favorites places in Cambridge. This clock ⏳is so beautiful that I can spend hours looking 👀 at it.

Is a high quality and amazing detailed artwork. If you visit Cambridge you must go few times (during the day and during the night) ti see it and appreciate its beauty 🤩.
