Coffee at The Spinnaker. Really friendly staff and great views over the marina. Lots of great restaurants, cafés and bars interspersed with quaint shops. A great place to visit

A great place to visit, eat and walk many food establishments something to cater for all. I do have my favorite cafe.
Lots of parking but still can get very busy during peak times. Milford Marina has changed so much over the years, so different from the working dock it was when I was growing up.
Some of the catering establishments are dog friendly, others only allow dogs outside, but all dogs must be on leads at all times.

Shops shut Monday/Tuesday. We were there on a Monday.
Reminiscent of Albert Docks, Liverpool on a smaller scale.

Quiet marina with shops, cafes, hotel and pods to stay in and visit.
Free parking. Probably spend about 30 minutes here walking along the shops and seeing the boats. Not sure on public toilets but sure there is some in cafes and restaurants - would recommend booking as can busy at weekends and also open at later times

Was disappointed that the place I went there for wasn’t open despite its website saying it was open on Sundays. Was very pretty though & can see that it’s a nice place to hang out. Had an unusual flavour ice cream from the Artisan ice cream place, which helped to make up for the closed shops. I’d say about half of the shops were closed but it was a November Sunday.

Not all places are disabled friendly as some are up steep stairs. Harbourmaster has a lift in back you can use if you let them know in the bar area. All places have been a total delight in the marina, whether for food or drinks. Would like to keep it as a secret for just the locals but also want the venues to do really well so thrown!

Lovely short walk at the Milford waterfront marina, and finding a friendly cafe open on a cold Sunday. Enjoyed buying a few bags of sweets at Scott’s old fashioned sweetie shop. Fantastic to see new investment in the area with 100 room hotel near completion. PS that lovely carrot cake in one of my photos was delicious with a small pot of tea… £3.40 the lot… Bargain!
