Liked: Friendly staff, quiet site. We've not been camping as a family before but the staff made suggestions of where to pitch. Lots of lovely campers on site who helped out as I struggled with the tent on my own. Toilets and showers were clean and warm although the toilets did get lots of insects in over night. Giant Jenga and other games on site were a great idea. The little shop had cold/ hot drinks, ice cream etc. A few small roads to get there, but able to pass other vehicles ok. Reminders about quiet time made as necessary. Site was in a position to drive to near beaches. Near a shooting range, but the noise didn't bother us, also heard a few animals at night.

Disliked: As we went in Aug and it was very hot we found there wasn't any shade. This is partly where we pitched the tent.

Liked: Peaceful campsite with little noise after dark. Firepits available. Great showers in wet rooms. Clean toilets. Good washing up area. Able to charge phone and get ice packs frozen. Very friendly staff and owner. This is a lovely campsite with good sized pitches. We have been twice this year and cannot fault it.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Nice campsite and facilities always clean and tidy. All of the staff are lovely people and friendly. Our kids love it here, this is our second year staying here and many more to come. The first time we ended up staying longer because the kids loved it so much. This time we stayed an extra 5 days as well. The small shop sells snacks, alcohol and hot/cold drinks. They also offer target shooting which our kids really enjoyed. If you like to camp simply and have proper family time with plenty of outdoor activities like beaches and walks I would definitely recommend Presaddfed. There are supermarkets, takeaways and restaurants within driving distance and plenty of beaches around Anglesey and Holyhead.

The site is close enough for days out to Snowdonia, Bangor, Horse Riding, rib boat rides, fishing and many other activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding etc. Anglesey itself has plenty of scenic walks and beaches and is a beautiful place to visit and get a break away from the city. Traffic is virtually none existent and there are barely any traffic lights.

Liked: We stayed at this site for the first time this week, and loved it. It is a simple site, that is spotlessly clean. The tents are pitched in a way that gives children lots of space to play in a good sized grass area. We opted to be along the fence and so away from the bigger play area. It is a quieter site, children are able to run and play freely until 9.30 and then there is a strict 'quite down' police, we appreciated this. Each tent is given a fire pit (wood available to buy but you can bring your own) us like many people were sat quietly chatting and playing cards until late. Lack of light pollution made the sky amazing to look at whilst we were there and lack of road noise made it very tranquil. There are 4 large shower rooms with toilets in, which are great if you have younger children with you and a separate toilet block with 4 toilets ( this is a new addition this season) There is a small shop open in the mornings for coffee and bits and then again in the evening, with soft drinks, some beers, cider and snacks. The owners were truly lovely and did all they could to make sure everybody had a good stay.

Disliked: A little more signage on the road would be good, it says Shooting, but not camping.

Liked: How clean the site and the showers were! Staff were really friendly.

Disliked: The site have a quiet after 21:30pm policy, but there was a family that were very noisy until 1am, which kept me and my husband awake.

Liked: The facilities which were clean, spacious and well designed and the water was always hot for showers and washing up and the owner was friendly and helpful. Pitches were flat and the campsite had a good feel... it's an ex- cricket pitch with lots of trees around it.

Disliked: The people nearby staying on the site who stayed up talking louder and louder the drunker they got and didn't shut up until after one in the morning....not the campsite's fault....many families and kids playing all evening but they were fine... it's the adults who were inconsiderate

Liked: The relaxed family atmosphere around the campsite and, as a dog-lover, it was actually pretty refreshing not having dogs running around barking! Facilities were new and well maintained throughout our stay, and the fire-pits and onsite tuck shop were a nice touch, too! Staff very friendly.

Disliked: If I had to be picky, just the fact there weren't more facilities
