Amazing place! So inspirational and wonderful! I've learned so many new things today and got to face my fears by holding some pretty big insects! Would recommend the 1-2-1 insect session, because the people that run it are amazing in every possible way. The variety of habitats and insect species you get to learn about are amazing. It's a must-visit if you come here! We will definitely be returning 😊😊😊

It was cool but it felt like going to a seaside town out of season as there was a few things on the leaflet which were either out of order or just not there at all.

We got a post card and two bottles of coke which came to £4 so going off that the price for the Grub kitchen are decent. (Being a tourist in the area I'm used to paying £2+ for a bottle of coke so that's a plus.)

The highlight of the visit however was the tropical bug section. If the ticket price was perhaps a little bit lower I would gladly pay to just go and see that section.

Awesome place. I enjoyed reading about the various roles insects play in the natural habitat and getting a hands on experience with a cockroach and other insects. Staff was great. Helped me find the cows! I left with a great appreciation for them and I actually left thinking that the cockroach was kind of cute!

Thank you so much for a brilliant visit with my four year old grandson on Sunday . He was totally enthralled with your museum and bug zoo but the highlight of his visit was the hands on experience with live bugs. He has told everyone that cockroaches brains are in their legs and they have seven of them! Thank you for the enthusiasm and kindness of the staff. Oh yes and the cake and coffee was yummy too.
I would recommend this attraction to everyone, young and old.

Do not miss this it is awesome! We went on a whim for a break from walking the Wales Coast Path and were not disappointed. Great value for money and very interesting and educational. Your kids will love it! We also did the hands on experience which was well presented with a very knowledgeable young lady. Great to handle the bugs or just look at them if you don’t want to. The cafe is great with a wonderful selection of insect based foods and regular food. I really enjoyed the big burger and chilli crickets. Very laid back place to spend and hour or several hours. Staff are super friendly on a genuine level. Don’t miss this place.

Me and my partner visited the bug farm on Sunday and would highly recommend if you are ever in west wales! Especially the bug handling sessions, well worth doing and it was so interesting and informative. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I have anxiety leaving the house but I felt at home here it was so welcoming. I arrived at the farm with arachnophobia and left wanting my own pet tarantula! I spoke to the owner in great detail just before we left about tarantula care and she gave me lots of information to leave with. (Worth noting that they understandably don’t allow handling of tarantulas due to the risk of them being dropped but they were still amazing to look at and learn about). The food in the cafe was also delicious with huge portions! I love how many vegan options there are available. If I’m ever down west wales again I will definitely be calling in for another visit :)

What an experience! Highly recommend meeting and holding the bugs. Tabatha was great! We had a lovely time exploring the tropical bug house. Highly recommend trying bug burger in the cafe. Very child friendly, with multiple play areas. A fun and interesting experience.
