Zip World Tower

I decided I was going to add a little excitement to our Saturday afternoon. Booking was easy but what I will say is check the attractions carefully before booking, not like me and ended up booking 2 adults on the kids zip wire! Thankfully error was noticed before we arrived and swiftly changed by really helpful call centre team.
This activity as all activities would be best in nicer weather but we thoroughly enjoyed all the same. Beautiful views of the Welsh landscape, great fun and friendly teams which advise, guide and support you every step of the way. You experience 2 long and very fast zip wires. Guaranteed smiles and laughter 😃 for all. I look forward to seeing what this centre can add as it grows and establish itself.

Amazing! I was a bit nervous before but the staff were all friendly and very professional.

The whole place was run efficiently and all the staff from the check in to the zip lines were all brilliant.

The zip lines themselves are over quite quickly the first one is about 40 seconds and the second one about 30 seconds.

It is pricey but to be honest - is rather pay extra for a tip tier experience which this was.

My 13 year old son loved it and we will definitely be back with the rest of the family.

Although expensive, it was a wonderful experience. All staff were helpful, friendly, happy , well trained and went about their work in a professional manner. Very large cafe bar on site that served a delicious array of food and drink ( alcohol and soft). Facilities were clean. There was a shop at the foyer selling merchandise

Great place to visit, very well presented and organised! Safety is of the essence. Girls on check in could have been a bit quicker! The Miners breakfast recommended, cooked to perfection although a miner wouldn't have been able to go down the mine and work all day on that as it needed another round of toast and another sausage at least 😋. A Great few hours out with the family for a special occasion (ours was 21st Birthday celebrations).

Fantastic experience. Staff were all really friendly and reassuring. We always felt safe. There are 2 separate ziplines that bring you back down to the start, both with 4 lines each. Fast and exciting. There is also a nice cafe bistro on site for food and drinks. Ample free parking.

Really enjoyed our visit. 2 adults on Phoenix had a fab time. 2 adults and 2 children on smaller 3 zips. Also had a great time. We loved the car rollercoaster. A bit costly at 25 pound per head but still enjoyable.
Food at the cage was great too

Stopped here on our way home from West Wales, loved the whole experience. We only did the small one, but still fun! Plenty of free parking, well organised, both our instructors were friendly, welcoming and professional, and a good cafe. The only thing I'd say is the prices seem quite high which was the main reason we didn't do the big one (£55 each). Will be back when I'm next in the area though.

Friendly & funny staff. Felt very welcome here. Professional staff when it came to safety. Everything is double checked to ensure that your ride goes smoothly.
