A good start to explore Faversham. There is also the Charter exhibition with a genuine copy of the Magna Carta and other interesting exhibits which can be seen for free.

I was very disappointed to be treated so rudely, when I went to the shop to pick up some leaflets. The young woman closed the door in my face and walked back in. I was unaware at the time that it was due to close at 1pm. Previously very helpful staff. Not good customer service. Not exactly a stressful job.

It will.be nice to know if you closed at 1pm for how long for as it stated you open from 10 to 4 can you please clarify .

Very helpful and friendly staff. They recommended the historical walking tour for our day trip to Faversham which was just right!
