Canterbury Visitor Information Centre

Complete waste of time and effort. Obsolutely rubbish service and lack of information was disgraceful considering it was a Tourist Information Centre!

Can't praise their staff enough! Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Very good. People who work there are very helpful and nice. You can find a lot of useful information for travelers. Also there is a museum, a library, a cafe and toilet (ground and first floor).

Tourist Information Centre, cafe and toilets in one place. Staff very helpful. Front entrance has a pigeon problem and there was a mess all over steps. Not nice.

An excellent museum is located upstairs, and there is also a very clean toilet, the staff is polite. You can get the information you need, but tickets for Canterbury Cathedral are not sold here.

Great place to meet homeless people outside when doing outreach in Canterbury. Can't comment on the interior but I'm sure I'll be hanging about outside again some time soon
