Burrows Recovery

Many thanks to Pete from Burrows Recovery Derby, who came out to us with a smile and a helpful attitude, to recover our BMW after a nail in the side of the tread caused a puncture and the car had to be taken away. All dealt with competently and drama free. Very Many Thanks Pete and the rest of the Team at Burrows.

This company has been to me a few times. Always a pleasure to know they are on the way. As a disabled customer I really do appreciate knowing it's sumone local who's coming. Can't recommend this company highly enough. I'd give you a million stars if I could.

Was sent barrows part of rac to recover my vehicle. Employee was very moody, seemed unhappy to be in his job, I was freezing cold and was made to stand in the cold whilst he dragged my vehicle onto the flat bed
Didn't even carry a jump start kit to restart my car. Wouldn't recommend

Really appreciate help from the staff at Burrows. Despite being incredibly busy and stretched - they were honest about this - they went out of their way to help as much as possible and signpost me to reliable alternatives. I was in a difficult situation and it meant more than they might realise to have their friendly, reassuring help. I finally got to my destination this evening! Thank you so much 😊

Alex from Burrows recovery was with me within the hour and quickly resolved the issue. He was friendly and knowledgeable and soon had us on our way home. Highly recommended

They came on behalf of StartRescue, the guy who came to sort out my flat battery was amazing, took the time to have a chat with me and checked how i was doing. Also spotted and sorted out an issue with my tyre. Thank you

Car was taken wrongfully whilst waiting for the AA to help recover my car that had broken down. Was told by the AA to leave to a safe location and leave hazards on. Burrows unlawfully siezed my vehicle. Taken within 40 minutes of breaking down. Was stranded in the cold whilst calling the police to see if i can recover my house keys from the car. The police said i could yet burrows wouldn’t release the house keys to me and left me stranded in the freezing night for several hours. After many complaints i got the keys off them and had to walk 40 minutes to get my keys. The next day i called up for my cars release, and they said they had damaged the car. The company is definitely in suspicious activity, and trying to get an unjust amount of money from me. Edit: the damage done was significant. They damaged the A frame and the car is a write off

Dale did a stellar job of collecting us near Derby and running us and our car down to South Wales, arrived within about 30mins of ringing Greenflag and was friendly and chatty all the way down - would recommend highly.
