Clearly have a policy of stating 60 to 90 minutes attendance. No interest from company when checking on arrival 190 minutes after initial call.Do yourself a favour and avoid this company , dreadful service

I booked this the day before. They still arrived nearly an hour late. I was pressured to drive to a cash point to pay the driver in cash. I felt intimidated and he asked for more than was actually the price. He refused to unload until I’d proved I had paid. I rang the company and checked and paid the actual price but I felt threatened and vulnerable. Will never use again. Please do not risk feeling like this.

Do not use this company! Just been ripped off. My young son stupidly didnt get a price first but as they started loading his car he quoted £395. When told to unload it he said £325 to unload now. We were held ransome as he had the car on the truck.

Rip off company don't use, you'll only get robbed by them...phoned for quote to move motorcycle 1mile down the road and was given a cost of £50 + vat and line went noisy, every time asked if this was correct, a figure of £50 was repeated followed by noisy line...Took nearly 2 hrs after original time to turn up...Then came the real cost of £240 to be paid before unloading the bike.....Rip Off company Don't Use, A few people on the other sites they use have had the same experience.

Don't use this company ,once they have your vehicle on the back of the lorry they can charge what they like, avoid !!!

Scammers left me stranded in -degree temperatures for 5 hours!!! I called them after a crash on the ice, I was badly hurt and very traumatised. They took my card details to take a deposit and told me they would be there in one hour. I kept calling for an update 2 hours after my first call, they said 30 mins, 15 mins, then just kept hanging up on me! they NEVER turned up! I could have died alone in that weather!! Thank god I managed to get help from a reputable company! They shouldn’t be allowed to trade!!!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a man named Shaun, disgusting. Telling me not to mess him about after phoning to be recovered?? I was far from messing anyone about sitting in the middle of a motorway with a bust car and 2 kids in the back. And then started to swear at me.. who do you think you are??? Do you do talk to all customers like this??? Do not use this company. Do yourself a favour and stay away. Plus it was £50 cheaper to use someone else!! after using someone else ive been told all bad things about this company and individual so clearly not just me.. all they care about is the money. Shaun do yourself a favour and do something else, you are not fit to be on the other end of a phone dealing with clients needing help.

Absolutely disgusting service. Said they would come at 7.30 to 8am to tow my car. Didn't arrive. I called multiple times and then from 10am just proceeded to hang up on my calls. Shocking behaviour. Do not use
