Eurotow Recovery & Repair

My son added breakdown cover for his first car and unfortunately had to use it when he had a breakdown. All I can say - wonderful service from Eurotow. Very quick to site and Jake was an exceptionally professional and pleasant engineer. Would recommend 100%

Many thanks to Jake who towed my Caddy Van out of a muddy pit today, Jake called to give me an eta which was 100% accurate and reassured me as I was panicing! Jake called again to say he was minutes away. He was so professional and so nice, thank you Jake @ Eurotow, 100% recommend.

A terrible experience. Caused excessive damage to vehicle, put a hole in the diesel tank with the spec lift, became aggressive when questioned about there service, demanded full payment including VAT and refused to give a receipt.

Called aa they sent out eurotow had me out of the snow within 5 mins great service and a great looking 4x4 truck nice bit of kit !!!!

I was lucky to have Eurotow assigned as roadside recovery. They arrived half an hour before the scheduled time and were very hepful. My car needed a new battery and once my car was started I was able to drive straight round and get a new one fitted right away. They even sorted out my sticky bonnet catch and petrol cap AND reset the clock all for the same price! Lovely people too, highly recommended.

Really quick attendance time, quicker than suggested by the app. Jake phoned to let me know when he would be arriving and was bang on time.
He got my keys out quickly and safely while explaining each step. Very happy with the service.

Clive was assigned to recover my vehicle to a repair centre, which was arranged through my vehicle breakdown service.

Clive attended promptly. Eurotow notified me when he was ten minutes away so that I could return to my vehicle for the recovery.

Clive was professional and sociable making the recovery journey a worry free and enjoyable experience.

The recovery vehicle (low loader) was smart and professional which also enhanced confidence in the service.
