SC RECOVERY - 24hr Breakdown Recovery Colchester

Messaged Shane this morning, my car was picked up a few hours later, fair price given, very good communication, he was even nice enough to chat to my 3 year old during the process!!!! Great service thank you very much x

Shane was very accommodating, realiable and charged a reasonable rate. He communicated well, letting me know exactly when he would be arriving to “save the day”. I had no cash and of course Shane was equipped with a mobile card reader which was great! Would certainly recommend .

Had to get car recovered to home as my recovery service only did recovery and garage was shut. My usual garage couldn't collect my car as they do not do recovery at all. SC collected the car, fixed it next day and returned the car again that evening. Thank you so much for being there after others fell so short.

I waited 12 hours for RAC to come and fix my car, which I could just lock and leave as the windows were stuck open, I called a few local mobile mechanics etc. And unfortunately they were all closed, don’t know how I missed SC Recovery, but within 25 minute of me calling I had a lovely chap arrive, who fixed my car within 3 minutes.

Given the temperature (take into account that my windows open) and I had no electricity in my car, plus the I light road etc. You have no idea how happy
I was to have my car fixed.

Would rate this company more then 5 stars if possible and will use them over my free RAC service in future.

I can’t thank Shane Clark at SC recovery services (off Greenstead Road Colchester) enough for coming to my rescue. I’m an NHS nurse and my car was making nasty metal to metal noises last night. He fitted me in at his garage and fixed my car for me. I for one won’t be going anywhere else for repairs in the future!

Fast, friendly service. Picked up my Golf after the clutch went within the hour. Highly recommend them.

After RAC took 2 hours to ring back with an estimated 5 hour wait time (which would have then been 2am on an unlit road!) we called SC Recovery at 9pm and they turned up to tow our car within 45 mins and took it to the garage for us. Absolutely saved the day, wouldn't hesitate to use them again (although hope we don't have to!) and would highly recommend them to anyone else! Professional, friendly and speedy, thank you so much!

Used Mark at SC tonight as we had managed to flatten a battery and needed to get the vehicle on the move and quickly. Mark and SC were outstanding! I hope I wont need their assistance again, but wouldn't hesitate to use if required and same in recommending to anyone else. Brilliant job - thank you!
