I was served by Bethany and she was really helpful for the details needed to collect my husband's belonging while he was in hospital. The proof was not too complicated. The day I went to collect the stuff Bethany offered to come down to the car with me because she was worried I might be upset if I saw the state of my car. Bethany is really friendly and polite. She provides an amazing customer service.!

My car got taken away because of insurance which got cancelled without my knowledge. The service there is very bad when I went to retrieve my car. They took a long time for the paperwork to go through even though I got my police letter stamped. Their very arrogant and not really helpful. I asked for the car to be taken out of the car park and get it ready for me as I was about 5 minutes away. I paid it by card via phone to fasten the process but they wont do it.

Between their recovery and the insurers, a bunch of my personal effects went missing.

The 1 star is not because I think they stole the items (thats irrelevant for this review). It the f.u. response that I got when I made a complaint and requested an investigation.

Word to the police, sever ties with this company.

Had my van stolen and wanted to check if I had any personal effects in there,I rang and the lady was amazing and very understanding. Also had 5 star service from the guy who showed me to my van,polite and a credit to the company.

After a RTA, we unfortunately needed a car recovered and Adam was brilliant - chatty, friendly and really helpful.. which really eased the tension and left us in good spirits after a traumatic couple of hours. So appreciated, would recommend over and over.

Very disappointed. car was involved in a car crash. When going to collect belongings from the car we came to the realisation that my phone was missing. Furthermore, £100 was missing from my wallet. My car had flipped round and when going to my car my wallet was shut just sitting on my passenger seat. coincidence? obviously not. one of your staff members had taken money from the wallet. How can £100 go missing then the wallet lands shut on the passenger seat? money doesnt have legs and just goes missing. the guy who saw to us was very unprofessional, asking what happened, when we explained he then proceeded to tell me that that’s definitely not what happened etc. was he there? was he involved? no!! he definitely knows how to make the situation worse. things could have been alot different yet he decides to stand their and slate the accident. safe to say will never use this company again!!!

After ringing a couple of other recovery companies who don't think its part of their remit to talk other than to convey that you need them and they don't need you - I rang J & K Recovery. The lady on reception had the job sorted and costed in 10 minutes and my truck was recovered. The guy who drove to pick it up - and whose name I now annoyingly forget - rang when he was on his way and when he was near - he then kept us informed on the journey back. Great job all round. Got a flat tyre late Friday evening. Lady who took all our details and arranged recovery was wonderful and found us using what three words. Adam arrived about 30 minutes later and within moments we were on the back of the tow truck and taken home. Arrived back into Bedford safely and Adam kindly popped the vehicle onto the drive ready for repair the following day. Great service. Throughly recommend. Thanks guys!
