Crouch Recovery (Coalville)

The recovery service provider with high recovery prices.They also have a contract with motorway police.I had a accident and through police they recover my car to Coalville depot.They charge 250 for recovery and 20 pound a day for storage till 7 days.If you don’t recover the vehicle in that time they will dispose that.Normal recovery prices are high to.I went to collect my things but there were no one inside the depot.Call head office and they say the guy should be there in 30 min which came there after 45 to 50 min and had no clue what he is doing.On the letter which they send me and out side depot there timing for collection is 9 till 4.I recommend best to call and check before you collect ur item.All in all I would not recommend them.

Excellent service. I was on a dead EV. Thanks to Paul and the chap who saved me from the hard shoulder. White Nissan Leaf LA65... Expensive but huge thanks to both guys! Even the lady on the phone was great.

We went to collect things from a recovered vehicle they were great very polite and helpful and would recommend them to family and friends

Broke down on the m42 had kids in the car got recovered within 15 mins of call told them iv got kids and need to get home it was cold the guy working for them top man lloyd dyke came to the rescue he said when he heard there were kids and cold he came straight away appreciate it 👍bud

This company charged me £470 to take my car that was hit 10 minutes down the road. The staff were rude, abrupt and racist! Upon collection of m car it has been damaged even further and items had been removed from inside also. Would not recommend whatsoever.

Cannot fault them. Driver kept me informed of delay as he had to attend a police incident. He was very friendly and courteous. Receptionist was lovely when answering the phone. All in all a good job.
