Disney Store

Worked here for 6 months. All the staff were pretty nice. Natalie for example is one of the management team and is a credit to the team. And all staff members were nice just absolutely ruined by the store manager Pamela who was rude in front on customers and made me look stupid. Who was very controlling and mean to staff. Extremely unachievable tasks. The worst place I have worked in my life. And I went into it with high hopes and enthusiasm. Only to be knocked down and hurt.
As a shop I believe it is alright due to the other staff. All the staff that were working when I joined had left due to the store manager. Avoid.

Small store but has stock for most items you could want.
Sales team very enthusiastic and friendly - young man called Sam in particular is very helpful, cheerful and great at interacting with the children when running in-store interactive events. Definitely ask for him if in need of advice/help.

I was so upset the Disney store doesn't sell DVD's any more.
Great selection of toys for children.
Children will love looking around this shop as long as parents don't mind saying "no" if they are going to start asking for toys they don't need!!!!

It's ok. It's a Disney shop. Plenty of stock for the current movie. It's great for children to go in dive into the fantasy. Difficult to extract your child when that happens. All toys are priced quite high but I don't expect any less. Nothing to shout about to be honest. Some other stores have better interactive displays.

A lovely laid out store and the staff are friendly and helpful, the floor levels vary and it can feel like you are in a fun house, it is also on the smaller side for a Disney store enjoy 👍👍

Very nice and helpful staff! One staff member spent some time helping me to find a gift for a friend, and although I didn't end up buying anything, I was left impressed by their knowledge!

This is only a small Disney Store, so don't expect a massive variety of stock, it's mostly Princess things and a few Marvel, but good if you're going in for a quick browse!

Popped in on a Tuesday morning for a little browse. Staff were absolutely amazing, Olivia serving us made sure that we had everything we wanted and let us know about all of the offers available. There was also another lady in store, whose name I forgot to get, but she was equally brilliant in making us feel welcome and giving helpful tips with what stock they thought would be coming to store. I will definitely be making the trip here, rather than to other stores, when I want a Disney fix in future.

Friendly staff and good range of stock that can sell out in busier stores such as Oxford Circus
