My kids love this store , its so nice to have one close to home ! The store is huge and if you cannot find a toy here I don't know what to suggest as the range is simply huge ….There is a good mix of price points and we bought a whole set of trucks for my son …. he is thrilled to bits with them and they were amazing value . good parking availability to

Huge toy store well stocked with a massive range of toys to suit all ages. Would be surprised if you did not find a toy to purchase as simply everything seems to be in here! Was really impressed by this place and a large car park immediately in front of the store. Highly recommended for toy shopping!

Purchased a stroller pram in 2021 had a problem with the wheel and balance.
Took into smyths and an excellent assistant called Jen was extremely helpful and fixed the problem. I don’t normally leave reviews but was very impressed with the service.

I have always bought toys for my sons, and for birthday presents, seat and uncountable toys, never experience such unfriendly behaviour behaviour. But today, the security guard and the manager were horrible to us , humiliating and felt like we were shoplifters. They didn’t ask anyone to show receipt, for us they stop by the door and started asking for receipt. Which is weird there was no such alarm or buzzer.
Luckly I had my receipt under my buggy, I got nervous the way they were asking

I didn’t usually give reviews but Me mayself and my mum felt so bad, we have never experienced such misbehaviour anywhere else, I would like to give 0 star.

Popped in to buy some garden games, had a good walk around the shop, so. Any wonderful things for all the family
2 weeks later we get a parking ticket for £70
Only spent 31 minutes in the shop and this is what we get
Come on Smyths sir the car park out

I went in to look for prams to take away on holiday and a lady named Lucy served us, she was absolutely amazing! So friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my questions and offered helpful advice

I had a awful experience today going into smyths , I went in with the intentions to buy pokemon cards , which where situated over by the gaming section, there was one person on till , and the shop was busy so I waited patiently for over 10 minutes to be served, then when it was my turn I asked the guy named "Reese " if I could buy a booster box of astral radiance
which has never been a issue before , to

which he replied with a blunt "no we don't do that " .when I asked why he told me that there wasn't enough pokemon cards , bearing in mind the shelves where filled with pokemon cards from every current set.it makes no sense as either way I was willing to buy a whole box in one go that will be sold regardless. So then I had to buy pick different individual boxes and packs, which I did , 2 of the boxes were damaged so i requested undamaged boxes to which he said there was none , I then pointed out ones that where brand new , then when I went to pay using my card the machine wouldn't work. Reese then tells me my card is broken so I suggest trying the other card machine further along the desk which be refuses by saying "my card is broken. So then I suggested taking the items to the front desk to pay at the main tills , to which he refuses again. By this point I was angry as Reese made no point of trying to resolve these issues instead he was very rude and arrogant, I left without the items , I asked another member of staff for the manager who was very polite and did so. When the manager came over she was very helpful and understood where I was coming from and even tried helping with offering to bring the products to the front till to sort payment, but by this point I was annoyed by the experience I said I would just leave it , I did inform her she may want to have a word with Reese about his attitude dealing with customers as he made the whole experience more hassle then it was worth, it's asif he didn't want to sell me the products. This has left a very sour experience with me using smyth toys in the future. I don't know if I will ever spend my money with them again.

I come in a couple of weeks ago, my daughter wanted a doll, I was impressed by the diversity in the doll design, she said mummy look they have one with a broken arm….representation is everything to a child, well done, we see it and we love it 😍
