Nice big toy super store with all major toy brands under one roof. Big collection of Pop Vinyl and wrestling figures (Aew and WWE) which is what I collect, good prices and nice staff.

Managers need training, letting people walk out with stolen goods. The favourite word c'xx being used on the shop floor, disgrace of a toy shop. Half the staff ain't gotta clue or cant be bothered. Shop elsewhere as you will find the items cheaper

Tried to return an item but due to Covid and the item being fabric got told they wouldn't take back which is understandable.

However the attitude of the staff shouting at my wife in front of my daughter saying why didn't you read the terms and conditions when buying. Female staff member was very rude and abrupt and she seemed to find it funny in front of other staff members. Obviously doesn't like her job and should look at a different career path as she is way to under qualified to be a customer service advisor.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Religiously come to this shop every week with my partner and daughter and today was no exception!!!! From the moment we walked in the shop the very arrogant security followed us up every aisle we walked down. When we got to the last aisle my partner asked him why he was following us he point blank ignored him!!! I then asked to speak to the manager as I felt we was being singled out from everyone else. When the manager arrived all she had to say was that he was doing his job....but to be purposely followed is not doing his job!!! he then asked to see inside our daughters baby bag because he had seen us give her a drink so accused us of stealing.. he then started pushing my partner and when my partner pushed back we then got called the aggressors and got told to leave...it's a shame as we spend a lot of money in here!!!! The manager needs training and so does the security guard.

WONT BE GOING HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!
