So friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a genuinely big smile from a member of staff who was keen to help me choose a good size football goal for my toddlers (really for my husband) and helped carry it all to the tills for me. I felt like a big kid in the store that afternoon and both me and the kids had fun.

Magic place for little and big kids alike. It’s one of the only big toy shops left that you can go to and physically touch/see the toys you want to buy.

Short summary
Atmosphere - fun, welcoming and to many things to see and buy
Staff and management - helpful and friendly
Kid friendly - yes yes and yes
Range selection - so many things to see and try
Recommend to friends and family - yes
Cleanliness - yes
Note - it worth coming to us kids to get the excitement that you uses to get as a kid when your parents said we are going to a toy shop

Best in store customer experience I've ever received. My daughter was disappointed when her birthday gift didn't work after I purchased it online from Smyths, but the in store team were brilliant at finding a working replacement without fuss. Whilst in store I also picked up some more gifts for Christmas too!

Rip off prices you can find everything there cheaper elsewhere. Management don't know how to make a staff rota two weeks ahead or offer any decent training, sits in his office eating cakes all-day and don't think he's actually lifted an item of stock in ten years looking at the size of his belly.

Kids idea of heaven. Toys are piled high and low. It’s a wonderful sight.

Staff friendly and happy to help you find what you need.

Store is really tidy and neat. Lots of stock and shelves always full.

Perfect place for getting toys and gifts. They have a huge of different ranges and the prices that suit all budgets.

They have a car park that is free for a certain amount of time. It’s usually not very busy. This car park is separate from the Tesco one.

Watford high street train station is just a few minutes walk away.

Staff member called Jay was very helpful. He made sure I had what I wanted. He didn’t mind me asking him loads of questions and happily and helpfully answered them all.

Absolutely awful with picking up there phone. You have a number for a reason so answer it. Especially since having a bike to fix of mine for nearly a week and still don't know if it's getting fixed or not.

Good though got the impression from the guy in the computer games section this eve he couldn't be bothered to go and check stock, there website said 5 in stock two were out both boxes damaged so there is 3 somewhere, hoping the one I took in damaged box is OK.

Very poor customer service. Needed to return a Christmas gift a week after buying it and they had the cheek to tell me it was used. It hadnt even been opened! Kept me there for 30 minutes after finally checking with a "manager" and allowed me to exchange it. Very disappointed as we have been coming here for years but the girl who served me upstairs was quite rude.
