Fantastic toy shop. Very reasonably priced. Staff look like they are dosed up on Valium, not surprising given the number of hyperactive kids swarming around. Well worth a visit (much better than shopping online) just to see the look on your nippers face.

Good range of toys and baby items. However your staff for the 3rd visit running has been atrocious. Terrible attitudes and just do not seem to enjoy their jobs. If is that bad quit but do not treat customers like that ever. Definitely our last visit.

Lose 3 stars for appalling customer service. Staff having personal conversations which wouldn't bother me except they're openly inconvenienced when you ask for assistance.
My advice train the staff in good customer service or set the shop up so we can get items ourselves!!!

Went in to buy 2 games

Was left stood at the counter for 10mins whilst 3 ladies were stood at the main tills talking and looking over

Went over to ask for assistance and was told “can’t leave my station, but will get someone over”

Then waited a further 10 minutes for assistance

Would have been quicker to get my items via mail order when Royal Mail are on strike!

Great place to get toys and plenty of other things such as games consoles and bikes. Also have a baby section for prams, car seats and other stuff. Used this store loads and never had any issues. The only complaint which has absolutely nothing to do with the store is the car park, especially around Christmas time, as it gets very busy as there is only one way in and out.

Very un friendly staff especially the manager speak to you so disrespectfully and do not want to help or let a customer use their own rights. Disgusting! Regular customers they don’t care.

Just been in, the manager and the boys on the gaming area just made my sons birthday. Fantastic lads thanx again.

Only went in store for some fluffy slime I couldn't find what I was looking for. The staff couldn't help enough they are a credit to Smyths toy store.
