Great toy shop, not easy to find but well worth a visit.

Worth to visit and many interesting toys. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Many choices and definitely children loves visiting here.

Came here to purchase a new car seat for my 5 month old son. We were assisted by a manager called Alex who was extremely knowledgeable about the products despite this store having a huge product range and not being particularly known for specialising in baby products. Alex was able to talk us through expected age ranges, life span of the product, legislation around which products should be used when etc. Very surprised impressed by this level of knowledge and service. Highly recommend this store.

Went in with my teenager for the first time the other day to do some Xmas shopping. We prefer to shop in stores rather than online, to keep brick shops going.
Despite having armfuls of items and us very clearly shopping, we were followed around by what I assume was the manager and also a security guard.
When we got to the till the manager and security guard hovered around, making us feel very uncomfortable.
When our items were scanned the checkout lady very unsubtly gave the security a reassuring nod.
I'm not sure what made them think we were up to anything dodgy, but I definitely won't be shopping here again.

So pleased with service, matt and jamal were very helpful and could not do enough to help. So pleasent and personable.
Carried items to car for me in pouring rain. Could not have managed without the help. Thank you 😊

This is a very big toy store. It has been a while since I visited one and was amazed with the huge selection of toys. My daughter headed straight for the Pokémon toys and picked out a few things. The checkout line was a little long, but when we got to the front the cashier thanked us for waiting. That was a first and very much appreciated. Overall, we spent an hour browsing and picked up a couple of things to take home with us.

I would like to thank the manager Terry for his help , he went out of his way for me , he took my list of toys I wanted and he picked my order personally everything I needed, you are a credit to the company and a lovely fella , so thanks again Terry keep up the good work , have a wonderful Christmas and fantastic New year kid regards Lee

This store is amazing, it's like a day out in itself for your children.
Since becoming a single father I must have spent over 2k here, my daughter loves it.
The staff are always friendly, helpful and professional, the management are great too.
The store is laid out in a way that it's easy to find what you're looking for and the variety of toys is amazing. The parking is ample to, highly recommended for any toys for your children.
