Parking is pretty good and there's a McDonald's within walking distance for a bite to eat after a visit.

Wonderful place to get everything for kids at one place. Nice and helpful staff make you always feel comfortable to find anything specific.

I am currently wheelchair bound, my sister asked me to pick up several items for kids presents. The manager, Paul, came out to the car and checked the order and brought the items to my motability car. A top man, Smyths should be proud.

Visited it again and Shaun was helpful carrying my items around the shop and to the car. Great 👍 help. During another visit Mort helped carry my shopping to the car. Brilliant service as always.

Got there at 5:15. Kid was really excited to buy a toy. At 5:57 (3mins before close) one of the employees comes to me to say the till has been down for 40 mins and its cash only???? Why wouldn't you tell us earlier so we don't waste time or go and get cash??? The most annoying thing was that she then said, we can hold the items and u can return tomorrow. No . . . How about you deliver them tomorrow . Poor from Smyths

Awful service, bought a football rebounder from my youngest son to my oldest son for Xmas. The product is so poorly manufactured that it doesn’t rebound the football enough to make it a useable product. Smyths say there is nothing wrong with it and won’t refund it!
£50 waisted on some thing that should even be in any shop for sale anywhere. Terrible quality and horrendous customer services

I had a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience today in Cheltenham store as I kindly asked one of your staff for some help and rudely answered back that he is not in charge of the nursery area. Also when I have approached him just to make sure he is not another customer, I asked him if he works there (as he wasn’t wearing an uniform) and bluntly he told me “No, I’m just playing here” in a rude and sarcastic manner (not as a joke) - this gentleman with a blonde ponytail and pink shirt made me feel like I shouldn’t visit your store anymore
