Omg... care bears are back! Great shop... t be honest, its pretty much the only large toy shop for 30 miles or more! Its huge and has lotsof choice and ideas if you are looking for gift ideas for kids. Theres even a customer loo if your little one gets caught short. Great place.

Went for a click & collect item. Waited at Customer Service counter for ages getting ignored. My wife asked person on checkout who confirmed it was the right place ti get such utems. Eventually someone condescended to speak to me and pointed out another counter where they sold computer games. Shame they can't be bothered to put up a sign like normal shops.

Ordered click and collect during covid 19. Some birynfay presents for my daughter including something heavy. Guys who served me were lovely and even apologised for not being able to carry my items to the car. Tjank you to the staff for your friendly approach even in times like this ❤

Do not risk buying anything as they will not refund unless you can prove 100% faulty in their eyes. Dismissing a lady in front of me with a faulty wheel on pram saying it didn't judder when she said it does, then saying my item with Intermittent electric blips was not faulty as did not do in front of them as it did not do in front of them they will not refund even within 30 days of purchase and being covered by consumer law ! The “manager” Adam hung up on me when i asked his full name and my poor daughter has had to bring faulty item home ! £50 waste Amazon much more customers friendly!

took our childrens hoverboards in 1 week after purchasing them as they were faulty. To be fobbed off by the staff saying there is no warranty sticker on the bottom of them. Yet all over the website under the terms and conditions section it tells you that the receipt of the warranty, just any old way of trying to fob you off for faulty goods.
Considering I’ve spent 520 on 4 hoverboards of which 4 of them all stopped working within a week and they have refused to even look at them. I will be taking it further.

I have since had a call back with the manager trying to help me out so I will update the review accordingly once I know any outcomes or updates

I was buying corset for my child supposed to be in three days to be delivered this is seven day I’m waiting for still has not arrived delivery and also I’m trying to call them no one even pick up the phone no happy no good service and I’m just gonna go to warehouse to talk to someone what’s happen with my delivery

I bought an electric car for my nephew because it was his birthday , I got home and the first thing I did was charge the battery, but it didn't work, the next day I went back to the store to explain the situation to which the manager responded harshly, he didn't want to replace it and he didn't want to give the money back, to which I spent a day with them to make sure I was right, I left a contact number to be informed what was happening, no one called again, I went to the store where a young boy actually helped me truth and they gave me another one instead, so I wasted a lot of time for a £120 electric car, for sure I don't want to buy anything from there again with such customer service

Have found better quality products in my local market.
