Disney Store

Great store with lots of choice. Some of the items were expensive. The staff though were friendly and helpful.

Bought some lovely teddys. The mickey mouse was an exclusive offer. Great service and a good range of disney products

I love this Disney store. It is big, has plenty of stock and it decorated lovely. I love the atmosphere just from stepping inside.
There is a section for grown ups, Which is brilliant. There is a good range of products and they are reasonably priced for disney!
The staff were friendly and smiley and it was a child's birthday and the staff sang happy birthday to her at the till, which I thought was super cute that they made an extra effort to make the child feel special.

This is a typical example of the Disney marketing machine’s approach. Very slick and well presented with very helpful and friendly staff.

There is a great selection of products ranging from figures, toys, clothing and collectors items for all ages and tastes; so long as your taste is Disney, but if it isn’t, why on Earth would you visit this store?

I enjoyed our visit and recommend it to all fans, but be warned. A visit can be expensive!!!

Fun store which my son loves. Good selection of Disney toys ranging from the latest film to some old classics. Good selection of clothes, soft toys and action figures.

Staff are very helpful and friendly and will engage with the kids.

Currently you have to wear a mask to enter the store and if you don't have one they have some available free of charge.

Customer service was impeccable. Very strict with social distancing and checking people had masks before entering. Masks were also available for those who forgot theirs! Every store should be like this in my opinion. They set an excellent example! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful in helping me find what I needed.

Love the Disney store! Always make sure to pop in on our way through Cardiff. The kids (and adults) love it. Brilliant store and fantastic staff, they really go above and beyond everytime.

As you would expect worry Disney, things are expensive but top quality and no rubbish. Very friendly staff. It does get a bit packed though, lots of customers in at the same time which can get very over whelming.
