I recently purchased a Toyota Aygo from Danny at this branch. I couldn’t be happier with the amazing service that I received! Information provided was honest and precise and he went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met when purchasing the car. I also want to make a very special thank you to the lady that was working on reception at the weekends ( we often visited on a Sunday ) She was so wonderful and attentive to the needs of us all and especially to those of my two little nephews. She turned it into a fun experience for them too, keeping them entertained with the television and kindly making them hot chocolate and treating them to biscuits. Overall, myself and my family had a great experience here! Thank you to everyone who helped us! X

Yesterday I travelled 240 miles from home to collect a RAV4 I purchased from Marshall Toyota Ashford. Due to the distance, I made the purchase over the phone based on the information about the vehicle given to me by sales executive Zsolt.
From my initial phone enquiry to making the purchase I found Zsolt to provide
outstanding customer service. He gave an extremely honest description of the car and ensured all the points we discussed were actioned. His attention to detail was first class as was his correspondence.
On the pick up day he collected me from the railway station and on visiting the dealership I found it to have a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The lady on reception was really friendly and made me an excellent coffee.
Outstanding service from Zsolt and I highly recommend Marshall Toyota. Thank you very much Zsolt and everyone else at the dealership... and the RAV is fantastic!
