Would recommend Ian and the team at Big Bear in a heartbeat. Incredibly responsive to messages and very knowledgeable. Collected my trailer 2 weeks ago, everything super organised, easy and thorough. They even spotted a fault on my towbar, fixed it without drama and didn't want payment. If I ever need another trailer, I know where to go!

I have just picked up a Anssems trailer from Big Bear, I can only echo the other reviews. Everyone who I dealt with was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. There was no hard sell, they wanted to make sure we had the right trailer for us. I will definitely go back to them should I ever need anything else trailer related.

Halfway home well worth the 900 mile round trip to pick up Anssems GT750 251 HT fitted with Thule bike rack. Towed a dream thanks to the Big Bear team first class service from start to finish.

Amazing customer service. Called to check how urgently I needed the item and let me know it would take a little longer than normal. Was expecting to have to collect as stated on website, suddenly got a delivery notice which was great. This ocean 200 fits my 06 Audi A3 sportsback perfectly too, no overhang at all. A great experience. Ian was available to give us some advice and then pull together a trailer package that was exactly what we needed. We bought a trailer for camping with bike attachments on top, and being new to towing, really appreciated the friendly tips we received before towing away. Totally worth a day trip to pick it up. A great family run business. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. We bought a brenderup camping trailer and as 1st time trailer owners they took the time to run through everything with us. I would recommend them to anyone.
