I have been dealing with Mark (Dad) and Tom (Son) and Vernon in parts for some years now. I have (had) a local Ifor dealers 5 minutes away but was reccommended to Universal by a supplier, they are 1Hr 30Mins away for me but I can THOROUGHLY RECCOMMEND Universal. They know their stuff, have a good stock level and very nice to deal with, I reccommend tgey ALL the time. I am not related just one of their many happy customers. Had a snapped electrics hook up cable, was passing popped in and they replaced it there and then.
