Great service trains need upgrading

Basic train station on the Blackpool to Colne line.

Eyesore station and the ticket office closes at 1.30 so you're have to stand out in the cold with semi-limited cover

Better than Rail stop Burnley Barracks for getting closer to destination.

Desperately in need of a makeover and additional services

Generally "scruffy" (especially the outside area) and no public toilets.

Paul was fantastic and such a great help sorting out a photo card and a smart ticket.

very small and cold. but does what it says on the tin. a train station platform.
