It's a good train station which has a new bridge and it is a nice station.
The outside part now looks a lot better too. There is a huge car park as well as another smaller car park.

The world's coldest station, or it feels it, where the shelters are not substantial enough. Trains are frequent between London and the coast but less so on the Medway Valley line.

Decent size car park and the station is freezing cold as another review stated.
Station is well maintained and services are very punctual. Has a newsagents and a little café where you can get hot/cold food and beverage's.

Exceptionally poor in respect of waiting rooms, nothing on the London downside and one on the London upside open until around 7pm (roughly). Needs addressing.....

The worst station ever which is staffed by the rudest woman I've ever met in a public service role. Her appearance matches her attitude - appalling on all counts. A vile individual, she should be sacked !

Lovely quaint Village/ Mini Town. Large trainsattion With large car park. I Waitrose stock located next to the station with a nice little high street with some great little shops. Even Gregg's has Got In along There, Yeup love visiting Paddock Wood.

I hope the management here that were responsible for the sacking of the employee that actually helped a customer are reprimanded, or indeed sacked themselves
So pleased he won his tribunal
