Very clean station. Right next to the airport, making Southampton Airport a pretty great place to travel from / to.

Arrived on a rainy Saturday 9am at the airport. No covered walkway to the station and flooded pedestrian crossing which is tricky with a case. One paltry ticket machine with huge queue. Went to other platform and not a single member of staff in evidence anywhere, and all 3 ticket windows closed. Used machine and was forced to buy a return ticket to Winchester even tho I only needed a single...There just wasn't an option !! Appalling place and horrid welcome home. Poor tourists!!!

My group of friends and I booked a flight from Southampton parkway airport with Flybe and our flight got cancelled the day before we were supposed to fly out. So we ended up coming into the airport and the staff were so lovely and they managed to sort our problem out within minutes and rebooked our flight for later that day. Very pleased with the staff helpfulness

Arrived 08:00 to pick up a friend, found the car park full, with the top floor closed, in the terminal everything was closed "for maintenance", the seating areas were grim, sticky and uncleaned - I wonder way nobody chooses to use Southampton Parkway...

Small airport with what you need to have before a takeoff. Don't use the pickup area. It costs 4 pounds just to get in and out. Walk to the trainstain and get pick up there in stead. Same distance, but you safe the 4 pounds 😊

I understand Covid is spoiling everyone's experiences anywhere across the world right now and I'm very Positive that Southampton Airport is not the worst place to be sat hungry and tired, but they could at least provide hot food and drinks for those of us who have to wait 2 or 3 hours for a flight. We do as we are told we check in on time or early and we are left with zero healthy supplies, just a WHSmith dried up egg sandwich and a bottle of water.
