Good restaurants and shopping nearby but crossing over from Underground to Overground is a pain. The station has some amenities but could do with a toilet. The biggest issue though has to be that this station is serviced by the atrocious Southern Rail. They regularly cancel trains or are delayed sometimes for 10-15 minutes causing overcrowding on the far more reliable London Overground. Give TfL this franchise, it would be run far better by them.

Good local station. The main service is the excellent TFL Overground train service - south to Clapham Junction and north to Willesden Junction and on to Stratford.

What a miserable little station! It feels more like a lonely rural outpost than a major connecting point for the Central line, buses and Westfield. It’s totally uncovered with just a small, inadequate shelter at one end and nothing at the other. A massive crush of people get off the overground here and are all funnelled through a narrow staircase to the main entrance. Although there is another entrance at the back, it’s too far away to be useful. The only thing that saves it from 1 star is the ticket office with helpful staff. It’s a shame that more of the staff are not stationed at the far end of the platform where people are frequently smoking and vaping. It really isn’t fit for purpose and seems strange that while there is ongoing development in the area this place is neglected. Why has nobody had the planning foresight to connect this station to the shopping centre, the Central Line station and the other stations nearby like White City and Wood Lane? These are only accessible through a convoluted up and down route which is often blocked off by building hoardings.

Easy to get to from Clapham, public toilets opposite train station. Great selection of fresh produce independent shops. Home to Westfield shopping centre.
