Simple Parkway / Transit Train - our train stopped exactly here due to construction works on the road. For the couple of minutes here and the slow speed we were moving with - the view around us is amazing. Yellow, green, blue and white in a lovely mixture!

It’s a nice station and was clean. The staff are friendly and helpful and the parking has plenty of space. There are nice views in the surrounding countryside with lots of wildflowers around the platforms.

On the downside the toilets, although reasonably clean, are a bit odd. They have no toilet seats and the one had no toilet roll. There are no other facilities here with no cafe or even vending machines for food and drinks

There are no safe cycle paths, pavements or reliable and frequent bus services to continue your journey. Both of these are so desperately needed to make this station viable for passengers, as - although it's only a few kilometres from Worcester - it's located in the middle of countryside.

Odd station. Effectively the biggest countryside halt I have ever seen.
There are staff here but, at the time of writing, they are all behind ticket windows. There seems to be no staff presence on the platforms and connecting walkways.
No eating facilities. At. All.

As well as being a park'n'ride, it provides interchange between the Cotswold Line and the Worcester-Avoiding Line. Such interchanges are really more like 'coincidences' than 'connections'. As far as I can see, it's better to find another route to achieve such journeys. Connections at Worcestershire Parkway are infrequent and have long waits and long walks.

Travelled in August - terrible experience! Car park does not take coins, one machine not working , a large queue, we had no card . No staff anywhere on the station to advise. Intercom to central place unable to help . Advised by car park attendant to phone car park company to pay after station drop off. Did so . Got sent a fine for not paying by Apcoa car park company . We appealed .. no response . Train to Birmingham awful standing only in luggage bay with someone stood on top of me - never again !

Apcoa who issued a fine even though we appealed haven't responded - October 2022 nor to a request to contact them from another review . Avoid their car park at all costs !

It's an interchange station. The concept is good not so sure about the execution. If you're changing trains and have a while to wait there is nowhere to get food or drink, not even a vending machine.

Great station for longer distance journeys available from Worcestershire than having to change at Cheltenham or New Street. A lot of people slating it for not having cafe or other facilities, this was going to happen until lockdown. Its likely situation will improve when 10,000 homes get built around the site

This is where you get abandoned when your first train is inevitably late and you miss your connection. It's a barn with large open doors to ensure you experience the full effects of the winter weather. No cafe - not even a vending machine. Two dirty toilets are available if you want to catch something. Obviously I don't want to return but that decision is completely in the hands of the train operators.
