Excellent train service, most staff are friendly and welcoming. Would give better rating if lifts were working. Please sort out. Granted, I have not seen any wheel chair users at the station yet but mothers with buggies, elderly with heavy bags and other people with mobility issues rely on the lifts. A few people might stop and help but if there’s an injury, it will cost you even more.

Train service is expensive in the UK. Though it mentions Greenhithe for Bluewater, whoever comes to Bluewater Shopping Centre and return to any part of london, cheapest and best route is please use Dartford Station (Travel zone 8) and use either bus number 96 or 428 (TfL buses accept oyster or contactless card) where bus service takes only 10 min from Dartford station.

If you use "Greenhithe for Bluewater" station from London, not only you have to pay more travel fare for trains but also more travel fare for buses to and from the Bluewater shopping centre.

This suggestion work for all people who are coming from centre area (London)to outside the area (Bluewater shopping centre) and same for the return.

Good train station that has toilets & disabled access to both platforms. The station has ticket barriers here. Also there is side entrance/ exit when the main ticket hall is closed. Thameslink & southeasten services stop at this station.

I had to drop off somebody here first time. Bus lane layout is confusing. I nearly drove through bus lane. Hopefully they don't send me PCN.

Dreadful station tbh. No decent food options(except the in-station vendor that’s never open), vending machine has been broken for nearly a year now. No wifi despite being a modern station. Lifts often don’t work. Only one ticket machine. The whole station is just poorly maintained. The pros are decent selection of places to lock bike, good parking and good access to buses(albeit expensive).

Better than Stone Crossing for sure. Interactive timetables on both platforms, fairly clean, bus stops outside with interactive boards on, and A BICYCLE PUMP!!!
