There are no ticket barriers currently, the track is at a level crossing and the steps are quite high. Staff are helpful and friendly. The station also has services to London Liverpool Street and Cambridge North

While is there CONSTANTLY a bus replacement service at the weekends going to London!!!! for as long as I can remember!!!!!!! This a joke greater Anglia should reduce the ticket prices as this journey is twice as long. But on the positive side the staff at the station are great
