Blackhorse Road

I only given a 5 because as a disabled person I can use the stairs what a shame they didn't finish the work on the lifts and ramps at the same time because you're letting down disabled people put mother's with pushchairs and the elderly I would like to see improvement of these to finish it would have been nice you could show us the dates when these are finished

An extremely bad bad bad customer service - apart from the lady who usually works during the afternoon.
By the way, the guy at main entrance refused to help my boyfriend - who actually paid twice - to enter to the station saying "The service is not for free".
Unfortunately, I paid already too.
Such a shame!

Nice station in modern style. I like the atmosphere.

This is a tube stop, and a reasonable one at that. It's not too dingy, and its one of those ones that goes down a nice amount, which always gives you the 'do I walk or stand to the side' question. I like that I have that choice with this tube stop.

TLF Over Ground Stn. On the GOBLIN Gospel Oak - Baking Line,

This station has both underground and overground train. Overground train only goes to Barking and another train to Gospel Oak.

Blackhorse Road is only partly step free for the London Overground only, not the London underground and thus only gets 4.5 stars.

This station however is brilliant! It provides connections to the Victoria line and the GOBLIN London Overground Line and is very fast to change from one another!

There isn't much else to say, the station has barriers and overall is a really nice stations.

It's a tube and train station kind and considerate staff and designed so even with lots of people travelling it doesn't feel crowded.
