It is an station which has a different aesthetic. In addition it has a grocery store connected to it which is alright!
These two extra things definitely make it a better looking station. The staff were all nice and unfortunately when trains were cancelled we were left stranded in the station for a while without any idea of what is happening.

I guess anyone will guess this station is Art Deco style but have you seen the more ornate and classical style at Waterloo station entrance? Well, the architect for both is the same man: James Robb Scott. I give it 4 stars as it’s now a little shabby just like the trains. Zone 6, by the way.

Amazing Station and trains are convenient when they are not under maintenance. However, temporary staff working there when there are replacement buses are extremely rude and unhelpful. Asking a question will result in a sour attitude and the wrong answer. A terrible service

Visited this station today and all the staff were very helpful, as I had a relative with me who was in a wheelchair all the staff were very helpful and went above and beyond with exceptional staff

Lived in Surbiton for my years of my life. Its a lovely commuter town with lots of locals amenities. The high street has seen better days, but has stores like Sainsburys, Mcdonalds and KFC. Great transport links, wether it be the trains from the station or local bus routes. It was a nice place to grow up...

Quite busy but plenty of shops to browse in. Some nice coffee bars and cafes and the nail bar is excellent. Parking is expensive, limited time and spaces too.

I am satisfied with the store in Surbiton Railway station ! The service from the employee Evgeny was great, he was really nice and friendly! What I asked he really turned out to help me and make my shopping even more awesome! I really give more than five stars! I really want to say Thank you, I will definitely go back there! well, it has tracks, platforms, timetables, ticket offices and even trains therefore making this a train station. also, it’s in surbiton.
