If you keep to the timetable there shouldn't be a problem, could do with a few more trains though. I buy my tickets on line in advance and save a fortune. Even to brighton

Well kept station. Normally manned. Polite staff and trains run mostly on time. Never that difficult to get a seat during commuter times either

Worst customer service ever! Lady sitting there was soooo rude and unhelpful! I was travelling from Chafford and I had no idea I can't use my bank card to get out soo I asked for help and I was willing to pay for paper ticket. This what happened next just totally surprised me.. c2c You should check what kind of people working there because this is just unacceptable how customers are treated! :/

Hi one staff she is so rude when Customers need help she always sitting inside and never help to people and very very rude bad customer service thank you
