Two poor entrances and some confusion finding my way from either of them. The Elizabeth line is running through here and you can also get trains into Heathrow. There are staff in attendance here and there is a waiting room that is overly narrow and littered.

This station is served by the Elizabeth line & national rail. Lifts are available to the platforms busy station when i came here. No major issues had a good experience here.

Looks great after the revamp. Elizabeth line has been great for this area. Staff are always friendly and it's generally a very clean and well cared for station. Wheelchair-friendly from street to platform (may need assistance getting onto the train though). Lots of space so even in the mornings going into London you never feel crowded.

The top up machines are not working properly money gets stucked cash or card. When we ask for refund they ask to call tfl office.. and tfl office asks to wait for 5 days... it is so uncomfortable condition specially when you visit for short visit and all time keep calling tfl for refund

Great station, helpful staff, earliest train to paddington which you can catch with an oyster is at 4:29am (GWR).

Samir was being extremely annoying. Accused a 14 y o of lying and when confronted got publicly embarrassed as he deserves. He also made me late for my exam and then he tried to bribe me with money. Run away from Samir he looks scary and is average height so if you see him RUN.
