The station itself is convenient. Close to the hospital. Sainsburys Local with cashpoint, good butcher and persian shop nearby. However, after a lengthy train journey, we needed the toilet. It was locked. We went to 'seek assistance' as the sign advised. The assistance was zero! The lady behind the counter didn't even look up...just bluntly told us that we couldn't use the toilet. No alternatives given. Extremely cross with uncomfortably crossed legs all the way home-Not impressed!!!!

It's the closest station to Kingston Hospital. Step free access is available from each side but not for crossing the platforms as it's done from a narrow subway with steep steps. The platforms are high enough to make alighting here much easier.

Nice little train station, frequent trains, sainsbury local outside.

A railway station. Plenty of trains into London, Vauxhall, Victoria etc. Nearest ground to AFC Wimbledon at their Kingsmeadow stadium.

Clean and have staff on site. 10 mins walk to Kingston Hospital main entrance (Day Unit and Maternity pass by).
Into London you are served by most fast / semi fast trains towards Wimbledon, Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and end at Waterloo Station. This platform has a coffee shop Espresso Bar, with snacks. Good prices and decent coffee.
However, if going to Kingston and you arrive at the other platform, you will have to deal with the under pass stairs, to come to the Hospital side of the station. A Sainsbury branch is available.

Quite literally the best station ever to come into existence, going there has changed my life. I’ve began visiting regularly not even to take trains and have seen drastic improvements to my mental and physical health. 10/10 station would recommend to all.

Great local station with a reliable service. Trains run on-time (most of the time) in both directions. Station is kept very clean and outside of rush hour, the station never seems to get too busy which is great.
