Quite nice people and decently clean area would recommend for families and kids

Getting on a train on time after having paid for a cab to make it and paying on contactless credit card for the train fare, only to be told to get off the train as it wasn't going to go anywhere. 30 seconds before departure.
Next train in half hour, EXTREMELY ARROGANT and rude station worker by the name Stephen tells me that he won't be able to do issue refund for the fare and I have to go and dispute it with my bank. Offers no service or explanation whatsoever, no help, no alternative. Says "I'm not an engineer, but I know this train is unable to move" and yet train IS moving one minute later!
To my statement that I've gotten a cab to make this train on time because I have to be somewhere and I don't have another half hour to wait for next one he barks back at me " well you're not going to make it then!" What a despicable creature!
Worst service EVER!
Overground in general is a stupid joke! You deserve all the cuts they give you!

Some of the staff are very rude, one morning when there was a power cut and I couldn't get a ticket, I asked what would happen if I got stopped by a ticket inspector. Some of the staff were helpful. However, one individual named Colin decided my question was stupid and called me a f*****g p***k. When I asked him for his name because I couldn't see a name badge he lied to me and said his name was Steve.

At Enfield Town Railway station. it never changes. it's been the same old Train services from Enfield Town to London Liverpool Street. And it's always been small as well. So I Think it's about Time that Enfield Town Railway station Should have a Great change in the future. Now I would like to make a few Suggestions.

1. I Think Enfield Town Railway station Should Expand in the future. Or Build a Brand New Railway station.

2. I Think There Should be some Brand New Direct Train services from Enfield Town to Gatwick Airport, Hastings, Brighton, Holyhead Ferryport, Clacton on Sea, Aberdeen, Portsmouth via Winchester and Botley, Blackpool North, Swansea, Dover, Penzance and Plymouth.

3. I Think There Should be Left Luggage in the future.

4. I Think Enfield Town Railway station Should have some Brand New Shops, Pubs, Bars and Restaurants etc in the future.

Now the reason why I am Suggesting all this is because the Traffic on the A10, A406, A55, M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, M6, M62, M11, M25, M23, A23, A2, A1 etc. The Traffic is nothing but a waist of Time. And it's not going to get any better. So I Think it's about Time that Enfield Town Railway station Should have a Great change in the future. Not only to Reduce Overcrowding on London Underground and other Main Railway stations. Also to Help cut down the Amount of Traffic and pollution off the Roads as possible as well.

Enfield Town is looking very festive......Christmas 🎄 must be coming soon !

Beyond useless.. a Spurs match day and the last possible train to make the game in time (12pm train) is cancelled due to driver shortages.. yet by the time the next train went at 12.21 the 12.53 train had already been sitting there a good 5 mins. So tfl call driver shortages but yet we had two trains sitting in the station doing nothing? Spurs put a lot of money into redevelopment of white Hart Lane station and this is not the first time tfl have failed to provide a service this season.. First home game of the season was a Sunday game yet "planned engineering" forced a closure, which could have happened on a non match day... to make it worse today the so called customer service assistant failed to give any valid reason and instead hid behind an automated tannoy announcement stating cancelled because of lack of drivers.. I understand staff issues as I have that in my job but poor customer service and two trains both sitting there doing nothing is a slap in the face to the customers.. sort it out tfl!

Worst train services so far. To much cancellations.

Worst staff I have ever encountered. Gentleman who worked there yelled “HELLO” instead of nicely telling us that we’re going to the wrong area. Then the train driver of the Liverpool st train 13:23pm 28/08/21 proceeded to lock the doors not letting 5 of us in while the train was stopped there for another 5 minutes after. Poor service and Enfield Town station has really let TFL down.
