Whilst the station was kept in a good condition, there were quite a few issues. Disabled access to this station is a joke. You cannot access the ticket office (when it's open, of course) and thus, enter the station without going up a few steps. Platform 2 towards Guildford requires taking a footbridge. There's a toilet in the building, albeit, not wheelchair accessible.
Seating is minimal, with only a single shelter and seating. A few good things is at least the staff here were very nice and that the platforms are long enough for the typical 12 car services here.

Typically English station with frequent fast services to London and the coast!

Worplesdon is located near the town of Mayford and is served by Southwest Trains only. Worplesdon is a lovely station located in the town with the same name. The station is awesome but it has its issues, the station is falling apart and not a lot of trains stop here, but the station has has its bright sides, the station is at least clean and signs are legible, the area is also quiet and peaceful.

An attractive traditional railway station on the scenic Pompy Line. Steam trains pass through regularly!

Be warned - 24hr parking charges apply and they're now being policed constantly` with cameras. I've just received an £85 fine for parking 6-10.30pm so don't take any chances! Other than this ridiculous parking situation, station is lovely and Druscilla at the desk in the mornings s a gem.
